Welcome

Hi and welcome to my website.

My name is Chris Thackray and i am a self employed climbing instructor,
i have been climbing for 5 years and instructing for over 4 years both
indoors and outdoors.

I decided to become a rock climbing instructor so i could help people get
in to a healthy, fun and exciting sport which can be done on your own or
with friends.

I am fully qualified under the guidelines set out by Mountain Leader Training
England and have both a valid first aid certificate and an up to date Criminal
Records Bureau check.

Every session i run is different and is tailor made to suit your requirements,
so whether you are looking for a way to try rock climbing for the first time
or you already climb indoors and want to venture outdoors i have both the
knowledge and tools to help.

I host most of my outdoor rock climbing sessions in and around the Leeds and
Bradford area. No previous experience is needed and all the safety equipment 
will be provided by me.
